This is one of my very favorite Duck
Adventures by Carl Barks. Unca Scrooge and Donald and the nephews go
searching for the Seven Cities of Gold which Donald believes to be a
fable. However a museum curator seems
to have proof to the contrary…Of course like always, the Beagle boys have
designs on Unca Scrooge’s prospective fortune and eventually mess things up
for them and the ducks alike who never remember finding the Seven Cities. It is worthy of note that the boulder
chasing Indiana Jones in “Raiders of the Lost Ark” was inspired by the
boulder that chased the Ducks and Beagle boys out of the Seven Cities of
Gold. |
