A short Introduction

For hundreds of years, ships and aircraft have vanished into thin air, in an area of the Atlantic Ocean commonly known as the  Bermuda Triangle”.  Other ships have been found deserted, drifting on an endless course to nowhere.  Unidentified flying objects have been seen and documented in this area since the days of Christopher Columbus.

The term “Bermuda Triangle” was first coined in an article written by Vincent H. Gaddis for Argosy magazine in 1964.  Prior to that date the area was known as the “Ancient Sea of Fear” or “The Devil’s Triangle”.

I will not pretend with some that the mysteries have been solved. They have not.  One only has to go the United States Naval Site to prove that. (Check the LINKS section)

The great oceans hold more mysteries than anyone could ever hope to explain.  I love the sea, and will herein site information about the triangle from various sources, including Charles Berlitz’s famous book entitled “The Bermuda Triangle”, other histories, and various references from the internet.
